Moms Together meets on the first Thursday of each month, from September through June.

The meetings begin at 9:15 a.m. and continue until 11:30 a.m. The first few minutes are set aside for welcoming everyone and opening with prayer. Love gifts are given out to those who are on time. The Moms Together coordinator then opens the meetings.

The next half-hour of the morning is devoted to creating a craft, something that can be used in your home, as gifts or as something to wear. The craft coordinator of Moms Together prepares the supplies and then guides the group through the craft. There is a break for a little something to eat and drink.

During the next hour, a woman known as our Mentor Mom leads a time of teaching. The topics are numerous and may cover such subjects as sibling rivalry, personality types, and establishing family traditions. Periodically, guest speakers also address the group on their area of expertise. Afterwards, all of the moms break into smaller groups for discussion relating to the talk. This is a special chance for moms to share openly and gain from each other's experiences and perspectives.

The moms then go to pick up their children - refreshed, inspired, and ready to go greet their little ones with a smile!
